The Birkbeck Earth Science microprobe suite consists of a Jeol8100 Superprobe (WDS) with an Oxford Instrument INCA microanalytical system (EDS) for in-situ analysis of minerals and other geological material, covering an elemental range from C to U.

Use of the microprobe suite is available for external consultants and institutions at competitive prices.
