Dr. Thomas Effertz,   Dept. of Otolaryngology, Stanford University, Palo Alto,  USA

Thomas joined Tony Ricci’s lab in Stanford at the end of 2011, switching from studying mechanotransduction in flys (with Martin Göpfert) to mammals.  Thomas will be flying in that afternoon but he will also be around in the Institute the following morning
