Audio visual & media equipment loan service for the IOE
As a part of UCL Digital Education, the Educational Media team offer a specific range of equipment just for IOE staff and students to loan. This includes video cameras, DSLR cameras, projectors, audio recorders and PA systems.
The loan service also provides a variety of teaching aides for all lectures taking place within the IOE building, including webcams, headphones, laptops and various dongles and adapters to get most laptops connected to most projectors.
All loan items are subject to availability and the loan service may be unavailable at certain times due to staff working on media production projects. We advise users to get in touch via the team email address in advance of your journey, or event, in order to confirm that the service is open and that the equipment you require is in stock.

Our core opening hours are: Monday - Friday from 9am - 2pm
