Career

Hannah Kelly is a Research Fellow at the Constitution Unit, working with Meg Russell on House of Commons procedure and procedural reform.

Hannah joined the Unit in November 2023 as Research Assistant on the Politics of Parliamentary Procedure project. She co-authored the project report Delivering House of Commons Reform: What Works?.

She completed an MSc in Government, Politics and Policy at Birkbeck, University of London in 2023 and has previously worked in parliament for Frank Field and Lucy Powell.
