CEGE MSc/MRes Bursary

The CEGE MSc/MRes Bursary is an award for UK/EU students who are going to pursue postgraduate taught study within UCL Civil, Environment and Geomatic Engineering.

Details for 2022 are being confirmed and will be available later in the year

Previously a total fund of £32k is available. This will be used to support UK (the equivalent of two full fee waivers) and/or EU (two partial fee waivers) students. The bursary can be put either towards tuition fees or general living costs.

The bursaries will be awarded based on academic merit, with financial needs taken into consideration. We consider ‘academic merit’ here in terms of attainment (i.e. degree result), but also in the broader sense to include engagement with activities which have enhanced the student experience (e.g. involvement in student societies), and may also include commitment to outreach and inclusive practice, as demonstrated during your undergraduate study. Priority will be given to UCL Civil, Environmental and Geomatic Engineering (CEGE) final year undergraduates or graduates.
