Call for Abstracts

Calling for submissions to the 9th International Workshop and Symposium Transit Data 2024 in London.

Research Track

Presentation of research focusing on academic advancement.

Practice and Innovation Track

Presentation of research or professional projects focusing on innovation in practice and business operations.


Format 

An abstract should contain 250-500 words (500 words in maximum) and be submitted from one of the links above. The author names can be entered separately on the submission form. An abstract could include an introduction, a problem and objectives, methods, (already obtained or expected) results and discussions. Abstracts with different structures may also be accepted.

There is no template, so please just use the text entry box of the submission system. If you wish, you can upload a Word or PDF file instead to the submission system.

  • Exploiting and Exploring Business Opportunity: to innovate revenue sources and measures to reduce costs

  • Robustness / resilience in PT planning (to local and global disruptions, especially in a post-pandemic context with more volatile and elastic demand) 
  • Customer valuation, perception and behaviour (e.g. the impact of branding, marketing, ambiance on satisfaction and demand; pre-pandemic vs post-pandemic perceptions)
