Careers Fairs
Raise your organisation's profile at UCL by exhibiting at one of our careers fairs. These are attended by hundreds of our most motivated users actively researching graduate and undergraduate opportunities.
- Summer Jobs Market
- Autumn-term Sector Themed Fairs
- Life & Health Sciences Careers Event
See below for more information and dates.
- Summer Jobs Market
UCL Careers would like to welcome you to exhibit your organisation at our Jobs Market taking place on Tues 4th June 1.30pm – 4.30pm Jobs Market (On or near Campus)
There is no sector or degree focus for this event. In order to attend we only require that you have live job opportunities, listed on your employer profile on myUCLCareers. If you do not have an account set up, you can do so easily by following the instructions on our website. Please note there is no charge to advertise, but your vacancy must meet our advertising policy and meet National Minimum Wage legislation. We will be prioritising direct employers but reviewing requests from third party recruiters closer to the event date.
We urge you to sign up as soon as possible as we will be marketing the event to students with promotion of the employers in attendance, so early booking will boost your brand visibility further.
Priority will be given to direct recruiters.
The On or near Campus package price is £275 + VAT (Venue: TBA).
Please note: We offer discounts for SMEs and registered charities.
The event will be promoted to students from all degree disciplines and open to graduates from within the last three years, so you should expect to see a wide range of candidates. This event normally has an attendance of about 400 and we hope to achieve similar this year.
To book your place, please request a booking form from Pat at employers@ucl.ac.uk as soon as possible.
We are also interested in speaking to organisations who may wish to sponsor this event.

Monday 14 October, 4:30pm-7:30pm
The Life and Health Sciences Careers Event is a collaborative fair between three of the world's top universities UCL, Kings, and Imperial College London.
Raise the profile of your organisation directly with UCL, Imperial & Kings with our collaborative Life & Health Science Careers Event.
The event will be held in parallel with each institution, but you only need to build your stand once and this will be replicated across different instances. We would encourage you to add your social media and website to your stand.
Targeted at penultimate year students, finalists and postgraduates the event has also attracted a number of first years eager to explore the options available and build their networks. Attendees will expect to meet with representatives from human resources/graduate recruitment, alumni and business representatives.
Email employers@ucl.ac.uk to register your interest.

Presentations, Marketing Packages, and Pop-Ups
A presentation or pop-up is an effective way for an organisation with a strong "brand" as a recruiter to meet with interested UCL students and graduates to tell them more about your opportunities and encourage them to apply.
- Holding a presentation with UCL Careers
We can host your presentation in our own seminar room on campus, conveniently located in central London. As well as managing the event set-up and student sign-in on the day, we will also run a registration list for you and provide full marketing and promotion. The fee for an on-campus presentation is £355 + VAT.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to organise and manage your own event, information day, or evening, we can still help you promote this widely at UCL via our marketing package, for £195 + VAT.
We can also arrange a pop-up for you on campus – we will book a central and high-visibility spot for you to have a basic stand, and talk with passing students to raise awareness of your brand.
Please contact us at employers@ucl.ac.uk to discuss options for any of the above.
Competitions
We are keen to promote employers' own competitions or skills-based business challenges that will develop graduate employability or give our students an insight into commercial challenges.
We will list these on our Competitions webpage and encourage students sign up with you directly. We would ask you to share any UCL student successes with us so that we can feature these on our website as well.
All we need from you are the key details such as the competition title, brief overview, target audience, (if subject or study level specific), deadline, prize information plus a web link for students to find out more.
Contact us at employers@ucl.ac.uk to find out more.
