The Division of Biosciences would like to invite all staff to a half day event of talks and events, promoting mental and physical wellness for all.
Designed as the curtain raiser to a programme of forthcoming events the wellbeing event will give staff the opportunity to hear from representatives of UCL support services, interesting speakers on wellbeing related research and to ask questions about flexible working and pension options. Both educational and fun, participants will be able to register a series of classes. Book a Fitness MOT, Spin Class (45 mins), Spin Class (55 mins), Zumba Class (45 mins), Spin Class (55 mins - alt slot), Circuit Training (30 mins - Slot A), Circuit Training (30 mins - Slot B), Yoga (55 mins), HIIT (30 mins), massage session with Stephanie Wright or massage session with Yusuf Goolam-Hossen. Please read the massage information leaflet prior to booking your session.
So join us for a day of talks, prizes and special events, with refreshments provided.
