Computational Genetics of Plants and Animals.

Research synopsis

Our lab uses computational genetics to investigate complex trait genetics and epigenetics in plants and animals. We also develop new computational methods, for example in structural variation and genotype encryption.

Many of our projects use multiparental populations. We recently published on a wheat MAGIC population.
