Congratulations to Mark Farrant and Stuart Cull-Candy who have been awarded a grant from the CureGRIN Foundation – a patient-family led Foundation seeking treatments and cures for GRI Disorders caused by variants in the genes (GRIA, GRID, GRIK, and GRIN) encoding subunits of glutamate receptors. The award will support an investigation into positive allosteric modulators of AMPA receptors as potential precision therapies for GRIA loss-of-function.
