An 80,000 word thesis might take nine hours to present, the 3MT (Three Minute Thesis) challenges current PhD students to present theirs in just three minutes!

Having already won the Faculty of Life Sciences heats on 10th May, Lydia then won the UCL competition yesterday!  She now goes on to represent UCL at the National quarter finals in July and we wish her luck!
