Prof. Chris Barnes awarded prestigious Turing Fellowship

Turing Fellows are scholars with proven research excellence in data science, artificial intelligence (AI) or a related field whose research would be significantly enhanced through active involvement with the Turing network of universities and partners.

Professor Chris Barnes has been appointed as a Turing Fellow following the 2021 round of applications. Chris' research focusses on mutational processes, microbiome engineering and robust gene regulatory networks.
