Wnt Signaling Through Nitric Oxide Synthase Promotes the Formation of Multi-Innervated Spines
This paper reports a novel role for Wnt signalling in the formation of multi-innervated spines induced by long-term potentiation. This work also uncovers that Wnt signalling modulates nitric oxide synthase pathway to promote the formation of this synaptic structures.
