Congratulations to Dr. Ivana Piližota, Impact student supervised by Dr. Christophe Dessimoz (GEE) and Dr. Henning Redestig (external) for successfully passing her viva on 22 May 2020.
Ivana's thesis "Phylogenetic approaches for detecting fragmentation in genome and transcriptome annotations" was examined by Dr. Matthieu Muffato (EMBL-EBI) and Prof. Ziheng Yang (GEE).
