This talk is part of the Autumn 2022 ISMB Seminar Series: Re-organising the Cell, coordinated by Dr. Anthony Roberts and Dr. Giulia Zanetti.

In a universe of increasing entropy, living cells are remarkably organised. The complex internal organisation of the cell underpins almost every aspect its physiology: its ability to move, divide, integrate signals and perform sophisticated chemistry. This seminar series – a sequel to the 2016 Organising the Cell series – will bring you on a journey inside and outside the cell, exploring organelles, protein synthesis, membrane remodelling, tissue dynamics, and more, while showcasing state-of-the-art imaging and structural methodologies.

The talk will be hybrid.  Live remote link: Click to join via MS Teams
