The Research Department of Cell and Developmental Biology (CDB) is primarily located in the Anatomy building, with further labs in the Rockefeller, Darwin, Medical Sciences, Medawar and MRC LMCB buildings, all found on UCL's main Bloomsbury campus.

The nearest underground stations are Russell Square (Piccadilly Line), Goodge Street (Northern Line) and Warren Street (Victoria or Northern Lines). The nearest main-line stations are Euston and Kings Cross/St Pancras International. All of these stations are within 5-15 minutes walk of the department.
