We are looking to hire a Post-Doctoral Research Associate to strengthen research input and translation to international policy developments around carbon pricing.

The UCL Institute for Sustainable Resources (UCL ISR) and UCL Energy Institute are located within The Bartlett School of Environment, Energy and Resources (BSEER), with a mission to generate knowledge to promote the globally sustainable use of natural resources.

We are looking to hire a Post-Doctoral Research Associate to strengthen research input and translation to international policy developments around carbon pricing. Part-funded by the international research network Climate Strategies, the post holder will work closely with Professor Michael Grubb to support his role as a co-chair to the Carbon Pricing Leadership Coalition (Evidence-Base working group) and with the Climate Strategies’ Secretariat in London to harness the wider expertise of this network. 

The ideal candidate for the post should have a strong interest in policy implications, proven ability with data analysis and related evidence-based methods, and excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
