Li Haoyang is a student in the 2023-24 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
Haoyang has formerly served as a Project Manager in a policy advisory role within a subsidiary of China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, accumulating a robust three-year tenure in the field. Following this, he transitioned to a distinguished financial institution in China, assuming the prestigious position of Research Analyst. Haoyang boasts extensive expertise in providing counsel for government projects within China, characterized by a profound comprehension of the intricate nuances of the Chinese governmental framework and developmental paradigms. Additionally, he excels in the realm of industry research, with a pronounced focus on sectors encompassing smart manufacturing and artificial intelligence.
