Ismael Cassini is a student in the 2023-24 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
Ismael holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Torcuato Di Tella University. Prior to joining IIPP, he pursued a Master of Arts in Political Science at the same university. Currently, he serves as the Executive Coordinator at Fundar (on annual leave), a think tank dedicated to researching and designing public policies with a primary focus on fostering sustainable and inclusive development in Argentina. His previous roles include serving as a parliamentary and policy advisor for Argentinian public officials. Additionally, Ismael has experience as a teaching assistant in courses on International Relations, research methodology, and comparative politics at Torcuato Di Tella University. His main interests lie within innovation, state capacities, and public policy to address some of the major challenges in Argentina, such as socio-economic inequality, the right to housing, and economic development within the context of a federal country.
