Emma Wills

Emma Wills is a student in the 2023-24 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Emma has over six years of experience working in challenging and varied policy and management roles within the UK civil service, including as part of the civil service Fast Stream leadership scheme. She is studying for the MPA with IIPP as a chance to be able to think more broadly and critically about social policy. They previously obtained a MSci in Physics from Imperial College. Emma is studying for the MPA part time continuing to recover from long covid.
