Sarina Spiegel is a student in the 2023-24 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
When asked, Sarina usually says that her great passion is the topic of economic transformation. What she means by this almost buzzword-sounding phrase is that she is deeply interested in how to adapt the economy to enable a more sustainable (in many ways) system. When she's not thinking in megalomaniac terms she loves to laugh (originally coming from the Rhineland in Germany where people are said to be always in a good mood; she is the clichè), play the piano - increasingly worse because she hasn't had any lessons since high school and figured out in her studies that she has a soft spot for the startup world and its "just do it" mentality.
