Peirou Shi

Peirou Shi was a student in the 2019 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Originally from Changzhou, China, Peirou is a student from Minzu University of China, with a background of Korean Studies and Finance. Highly interested in Chinese rural economic policy, she conducted field study of micro-credit policy in the rural area of China during her undergraduate.

With experience back in China in Public Relations, she developed skills in communications, digital marketing and client relationship management. With her Chinese identity, work experience and learning at IIPP, Peirou is interested in bridging the gap between the public sector and SMEs in China through collaborative efforts, effective communication and policy outcomes.
