Mission-Oriented Innovation Network (MOIN) Cities Community of Practice
Mission-Oriented Innovation Network (MOIN) is UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s policy network and peer-learning platform which brings together global public sector organisations interested in mission-oriented innovation. With the growth in the number of cities across the world that have begun experimenting with missions in recent years, the ‘Cities Community of Practice’ is a peer space of learning and exchange for practitioners from local government who are pioneering and experimenting with missions.
The Cities Community of Practice has three goals:
- facilitate peer learning between members,
- accelerate capacity building and new insights along areas of shared interest and;
- generating knowledge about designing, implementing and evaluating missions from the practical experience of city leaders.
