Mili Malde is a student in the 2022-23 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
Mili has enjoyed a career working in the UK Civil Service, focusing on policy design and digital delivery across 4 government departments and social enterprise. She has been working at the Department for Education for the last 3 years across the Teacher Recruitment and Retention Portfolio, more recently delivering some of the biggest reforms in decades to teacher development with the mission of increasing the quality and retention of teachers. She has pursued the MPA to learn new ways of designing and developing public policies in order to further drive positive change in the public and private sectors. She is a Governor at a secondary school and loves watching and playing football.
