Manuel Maldonado is a policy designer at the Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP), a Deputy Director of the Public Value Association and a Part-Time Professor at the School of Government and Public Policy - PUCP. He has been a civil servant in Peru for over 10 years. Working in areas such as human-centred design, government modernization, service innovation, and civil service reform. He has an MA in Innovation, Public Policy and Public Value from University College London (UCL) and BA in Public Management from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (PUCP).
