Manuel Maldonado

Manuel Maldonado is a student in the 2020-21 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Manuel is a Public Manager from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru with studies in organisational design, public policies, strategic planning, service deseing and user experience. Manuel has overseen the implementation of the journey map tool for improvement of public services from the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of Peru, the team in charge of implementation of the civil service reform and has also worked for the Commission of Promotion of Peru for Exports and Tourism (PROMPERU). Manuel is interested in innovation, user experience and improvement of public services. Manuel likes to swim, both in pools and open waters, and ride road bicycles.
