Lubos Pernis

Lubos Pernis is a student in the 2022-23 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Ľuboš graduated from Politics and Economics with Data Science at UCL. He then worked at the Bank of England and later as Director of Suptech Development at a deep technology startup, FNA. In this role he cooperated with leading central banks helping them leverage network analytics as part of their financial stability mandate.

Ľuboš is interested in value generation in production networks, the relationship between the topology of local supply chains and community wellbeing and the philosophy of value. Ľuboš would like to apply his interests and experience in building community-based value-driven organisations.
