Laura Herren

Laura Herren is a student in the 2022-23 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Laura holds a BSc in Governance, Economics and Development from Leiden University College The Hague. She has worked in Nepal as a Project Associate at the private-sector focused development organisation ’Swisscontact’. Through this, she cultivated a passion for fostering public-private partnerships and designing innovative growth-oriented policies.
Laura has also worked in the start-up scene as the Head of Partnerships at a social tech start-up ‘Impactify’. She is passionate about women’s rights and was the Treasurer for a non-profit association ‘Women in Innovation and Leadership’. Laura is a certified Yoga Teacher and enjoys practicing and teaching yoga in her free time.
