Chiara Bleckenwegner

Chiara Bleckenwegner was a student in the 2019 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Chiara’s interests are in innovation and technology policy. During her MPA placement at the UK Government Digital Service, she designed a policy framework for public value creation through personalising digital public services. 

Prior to joining the MPA, Chiara worked as a management consultant at Deloitte across Europe and South Africa. She focussed on people and digital transformations in the private sector and has experience delivering technology strategies, people and culture change.

Chiara holds a BA in History of Art from Oxford University. She received scholarships to study in Japan and Australia and was a passionate mental health advocate, serving as President of Oxford Student Minds.
