Alberto David Inda Razo

Alberto David Inda Razo was a student in the 2019 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

David's passion is to catalyse policy innovation, linking systemic thinking and risk analysis.

From the UBS headquarters in Zurich to the Mexican President's Office, he has innovated as an advisor and project manager within the public and private sectors since 2007. He specialises in anti-corruption systems, public infrastructure, national security and investment analysis.

A Chevening Scholar with an industrial engineer major, and two postgraduate degrees on Public Policy (CIDE-NUS), and Innovation, Public Policy and Public Value (IIPP), David's value proposition is a cross-disciplinary approach when aligning public and private incentives for public value creation.
