Planning, Urban Design & Real Estate Taster Day

On Wednesday 18th July, we ran a Planning, Urban Design & Real Estate Taster Day for Year 12 students, as part of the University of London summer taster programme.  The day started with an introduction by Jessica Ferm and three taster lectures on Planning, Urban Design and Real Estate from Ben Clifford, Matthew Carmona and Danielle Sanderson, followed by a site visit to Somerstown and masterplanning workshop led by Elena Besussi.  11 students took part and in one afternoon were taken through all the steps to producing a mini masterplan for Somerstown, which were presented at the end of the day.
