Bartlett students to develop evidence for emerging neighbourhood plan
21 February 2017

A team of 28 students and two staff from the MSc programme in Spatial Planning have started working in collaboration with the emerging Crystal Palace & Upper Norwood Neighbourhood Forum on a number of projects designed to collect and build evidence in support of an emerging cross-border neighbourhood plan.
This is the third consecutive year that post-graduate programmes at The Bartlett School of Planning embed live community projects in their curriculum, an approach that has been praised by DCLG and the London Festival of Architecture. Work from previous projects can be downloaded here.
Students will spend one term building evidence on housing needs, the future of the local high street and local businesses, and designing coordinated planning policies for an area currently divided between five different London Boroughs.
