Maria's lecture will focus on the key themes from her book 'The Place Making Factor', which looks at how we define the environment, place and placemaking. In an increasingly urbanised world, charitable foundations, grant makers and philanthropists have a leadership role to invest in collaborative place-led programmes. Maria will explore the positive disruption and its role in creating equitable places and social value regeneration through to creativity, health and wellbeing.
