The Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment

At times, life can feel challenging, empty, or stressful and it is easy to feel disconnected. 5 ways to wellbeing are simple things we can all do to enjoy our life more.

Join us to explore how taking notice, connecting with others, learning something new, being generous and regular physical activity can help us enjoy a mentally healthy life and be kinder to ourselves.

In this online workshop we'll be talking you through the 5 Ways to Wellbeing and providing you with practical examples you can use in your daily life.

This event is open to all Bartlett staff and students and will take place on Teams. You will be sent a Teams link in advance of the session.
