New vacancy: lecturer in Sustainable and Healthy Built Environments

UCL IEDE has a position available for a lecturer in Sustainable and Healthy Built Environments.

The UCL Institute for Environmental Design and Engineering is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Sustainable and Healthy Built Environments to play a key role in our current and future research and teaching programmes, especially to support our rapidly developing Health, Wellbeing and Human Performance research and teaching endeavours.

The post holder will act as a module leader for one or more of our teaching programmes and undertake supervision of MSc dissertations and PhD theses. They will also engage in funded research projects and publications in one or more of the Institute's research areas and contribute to other activities relating to knowledge transfer, enterprise and impact.

The post will be available from the 1 August 2018.

Key Requirements

The candidate will have a PhD in a subject relevant to a research area in the job description, or extensive commensurate experience. Experience of relevant high quality research and a demonstrable track record of high quality peer-reviewed publications is essential, together with the ability to deliver and develop programmes of teaching in the areas outlined in the job description.
