Hatice Ikizler Fearnley

Born in Turkey, 1980. 

Holds a Masters Degree in Regional Planning from the Istanbul Technical University. Studied Economics at the Middle East Technical University. 

Has been a career diplomat with the Turkish Foreign Ministry. Worked at Bilateral Economic Affairs Department; Turkish Embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan; Turkish Embassy in London, United Kingdom; Policy Planning Department of the Foreign Ministry. Later was appointed as an International Officer at the Secretariat of the Turkic Council. 

Her research focuses on better understanding the determinants of intra-household resource allocation within the communities in protracted displacement situations.
