I have always been interested in development studies. My master studies at The University of Queensland - Australia helped to involved in a professional level into the planning and implementation of development projects. My previous research was looking at the potential of social capital in the conflict resolution and development planning within the context of socio environmental conflicts in the extractive sector.
I have participated in projects related to food security and climate change adaptation with quechuas communities in the Andes of Peru. From there my current research is focus into the potential of indigenous cosmovisions to improve development planning and enhance the outcomes of development projects.
