This research aims to understand passengers' next choice facing underground disruptions. Two approaches (choice modelling and heuristics modelling) would be adopted to simulate their behaviour derived from Oyster Card dataset. One of the interesting things is to see whether the highly mathematical approach triumphs over one modeling people’s intuition that how rational we are.
