Title: Location data privacy
The sensitivity inherent in data describing the movements of individuals can limit analysis or the urban environment. In this talk, we'll look at some technical approaches that can help, and consider what infrastructure is missing.

Andrew Eland
Founder/Software Engineer at Diagonal Works
Andrew is a software engineer and founder at Diagonal Works, building tools for urban data science. He has built software products for around 20 years, leading the engineering organisations behind Google Maps Mobile, Google’s philanthropic efforts, and DeepMind’s work in healthcare. Andrew’s main interest is building software tools to help people understand, and responsibly change, complex systems.
