Having founded his own games studio Shedworks, Architecture BSc graduate Greg Kythreotis announced his latest project this month at the international gaming expo E3. The new game Sable is described as a coming-of-age tale of discovery and allows players to explore an alien desert world of ancient monuments and ruined architecture.

Designed for release on both PC and consoles, the game's trailer was shown at E3's Microsoft Xbox showcase. Greg developed Sable as part of a small team of only six people, including his Shedworks programming partner Daniel Fineberg.

Luke Pearson, who was Greg’s tutor for Undergraduate Unit 4 in 2014, said:

It’s exciting to see Bartlett graduates explore directions like this, especially as Greg was one of the first students to embrace games in his work with us at the school, and hopefully this will continue.
