UCL Astrea is seeking a Budget Lead to join the Astrea committee, with the deadline for applications on Friday 15th December 2023.

Are you interested in joining our committee? We have the following role available:
Budget Lead
Being a Budget Lead on the Astrea committee is a commitment of around one hour per week and typically involves:
- Collaborating with the Astrea committee in the regular monitoring of financials and forecasting.
- Overseeing process documentation and knowledge management for financial administration and reporting.
- Monitoring spending of Astrea budget, wherever possible looking for opportunities to optimize value-for-money.
- Ensuring all invoices relating to Astrea are paid in a timely manner.
- Leading on applying for additional funding where needed.
Skills needed:
- Financial literacy in the context of financial administration and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience of managing financial accruals, budgets forecasting. (Desirable)
