Swab and Send features on Radio 4's BBC Inside Science

Swab and Send will feature on Radio 4's

After sampling several sites around the BBC for the Swab & Send project's hunt for a new antibiotic, Adam Rutherford heads to Dr Adam Roberts' lab at UCL to hear the results. The samples have been cultured, and bacterial colonies taken from a Dalek who stands guard in Broadcasting House reception seem to be producing an interesting compound.

Results of the swabs from the BBC, including from the Dalek(!), will be posted after the show.
