UCL Student Experience Survey (SES) is for undergraduates in their penultimate year of study.
UCL runs the Student Experience Survey (SES) for penultimate-year undergraduates to help us identify and act more promptly on issues affecting students.
UCL students studying overseas will be able to complete the survey, but should only provide answers based on their time at UCL.

About the Student Experience Survey
The Student Experience Survey was developed by the UCL Student Engagement team in consultation with faculty representatives, and includes the current NSS questions, plus additional questions around student support, facilities and careers.
Some of this information was previously collected through the Student Barometer, which was replaced with internally-developed surveys that were more closely aligned to the UCL student lifecycle.
The purpose of the survey is to:
- help identify any programme-specific issues and allow us improve the experience for our undergraduate students while they are still at UCL;
- collect information on all aspects of the student experience, including IT and Library Services, UCL Student Support and Wellbeing and UCL Careers;
- introduce students to NSS style of questions.
