Morgan Baker's successful PhD examination

We are very pleased to announce that Morgan Baker has just had a very successful PhD examination which resulted in the examiners recommending that his dissertation be passed without corrections. They also complimented him on the quality of his thesis.

Morgan's dissertation title is Regulations or Delegations?: How Congress Delegated Its War Powers to the President Through Discretionary AUMFs. His primary supervisor was Professor Iwan Morgan, and his secondary supervisor was Dr Tony McCulloch.
