Our final event of the academic year will host distinguished guest speaker Ted Bromund (Heritage Foundation) to discuss Anglo-American Relations After Brexit and whether any lessons can be learned from history.

The UCL Americas US Foreign Policy and National Security Seminar series is a new seminar series that will be running throughout the year at the UCL Institute of the Americas, 51 Gordon Square, London. The objective of the series is to engender discussion and debate with both students and the wider public, regarding a broad mix of both contemporary and historical US Foreign Policy and National Security issues. The programme will encompass a series of panels and roundtable discussions, by leading scholars in the field.

About the Speaker

Dr Ted Bromund, Senior Research Fellow in Anglo-American Relations at the Heritage Foundation’s Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom, and previously, Associate Director of International Security Studies at Yale University (1999-2008)
