Find out more about the services we provide to support students throughout their time at UCL.

The first point of contact for all student enquiries should be to our front line enquiry desks in the Student Centre. Information about our student-facing services is available on the UCL Students website. The Students site is managed by SRS, but provides a range of information about services that are delivered by multiple divisions across UCL. For specific student-facing services operated by SRS, please visit the following sections of the Students website:

Support and wellbeing

Our Student Support and Wellbeing department provides support and advice for students with disabilities, psycological and emotional concerns, and mental health difficulties as well as general wellbeing guidance. Staff can also find information on how to raise a concern about a student who may be in distress. In case of emergency you should always contact 999 or visit your nearest Accident and Emergency department.

The Student Funding team provides guidance on funding available to students through loans, scholarships and bursaries. We also administer schemes to help students in financial difficulties, including emergency loans, the UCL Financial Assistance Fund, and the Doctoral School Fellowship. Student Funding is not responsible for setting, managing or collecting fees, this is handled by the Student Fees team in the department for Finance and Business Affairs
