Self-Help Library

We have a self-help library with many books you can borrow for a £5 refundable deposit. The library is located on the ground floor of No. 3 Taviton Street, London WC1H 0BT.

New Online Course!

The ‘Anxiety: Beat it and Regain Peace’ online e-course is available to you, as a UCL student, for free for 6 weeks. This is a course of short lessons of empirically proven techniques to overcome your anxiety. You can follow the lessons at a time and pace that is most convenient to you.
