Jews Commemoration Travelling Scholarship
- An award known as the Jews Commemoration Travelling
Scholarship may be
awarded in each session.
- The Scholarship is awarded by the Council on the
recommendation of the
Faculty of Arts and Humanities.
- The scholarship is intended to enable an undergraduate student
in the
Department of Hebrew and Jewish Studies to travel in Israel during their
compulsory year abroad.
- The annual value of the award may fluctuate from
year to year but will be in
the region of £650.
- No application is necessary.
- The qualifications of candidates are considered by the Head of
the
Department of Hebrew and Jewish Studies.
- Awards are subject to the provisions of the General Regulations
