Biography
Rowan joined the Constitution Unit in October 2023 as our Impact Researcher. He works on the Constitutional Principles and the Health of Democracy project and across all the Unit's research areas to maintain and develop our substantial real-world impact.
Rowan studied law at Queen Mary University of London and the University of Toronto. He is also a former volunteer at the Unit and, in his spare time, manages his own (unaffiliated) political literacy project.
