ExCel London announced as 2018 venue for UCL summer exams

11 October 2017

UCL’s summer 2018 exams will be held at ExCel London, a modern conference centre in London’s Docklands. The exam period will run from Wednesday 25 April to Friday 8 June 2018.

ExCel London

ExCel London was secured after UCL Academic Services worked with the Students’ Union to identify the right venue for holding the university’s exams. Exams will take place in a range of bright, calm, air conditioned rooms. There are plenty of places to eat and extensive seating and study areas, as well as a prayer room and on-site first aid facilities. UCL will run a pop-up exam help desk right through the exam period, to help you with any questions or problems that turn up.

ExCel London is in Zone 3 and is served by two stations on the Docklands Light Railway.

In collaboration with the Students' Union UCL, the Examination team has produced a short film about the new venue.
